Squarespace

Squarespace, the custom website-building platform, welcomed Lisa Lee as its first senior manager of diversity, inclusion and community. Previously, Lee has overseen diversity-related initiatives at both Pandora and Facebook. During her time at Pandora, Lee spearheaded a project that saw the company become one of the first publicly traded tech companies to release its workforce demographic data.

ExecThread

ExecThread, a premium, executive-level career network, added two key players to its board of directors this month. First, the network welcomes Courtney Hagan, current senior vice president of human resources for LVMH, one of the most exclusive brand groups in existence. Also joining is Brendan Dickinson, a partner at Canaan, where his focus is on technology investment.

Digital Remedy

Adtech firm Digital Remedy is gaining a new chief operating officer and president in the form of Nick Pahade, who previously served as CrowdHere’s CEO. Digital Remedy acquired CrowdHere, a filmmaking collective based in Los Angeles, earlier this month. The company anticipates the joint forces will advance Digital Remedy’s artistic vision and the scale of the company as a whole.

Sprinklr

Sprinklr, the enterprise social media management platform, welcomes Grad Conn as the company’s new chief experience and marketing officer (or CXMO, for those inclined). Conn spent the past 11 years with Microsoft, where he served as GM and CMO of the company’s United States offices.

DigitalOcean

DigitalOcean, a leading cloud platform, welcomes Amy Butte to its board of directors. Butte holds a host of advisory roles, specifically focused on growth-stage companies. Notably, Butte served as the CFO for the New York Stock Exchange during its critical IPO in 2006.
