Common expanded footprint. The residential brand designs, leases and operates community-oriented multifamily properties. It just announced the addition of a second headquarters in Atlanta, the opening of a new Chicago flagship property and a 575-unit portfolio expansion in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate.
