Celonis, a company working to help enterprise organizations streamline their operational processes, recently announced a partnership with deepset, an open-source solution for building AI products with large language models. The companies are collaborating to create an integrated AI platform that will support organizations that need full control over their infrastructure, models and data operations.

This partnership serves to help public sector, defense, cybersecurity and critical infrastructure organizations unify fragmented data, documents and workflows to enhance situational awareness, detect operational risks earlier and coordinate decision-making. Celonis will combine its operational intelligence solution and its agentic AI context model with deepset’s platform for AI agents in sovereign infrastructures. Their collaboration will focus on companies in the DACH region in Europe.

“AI systems are only as effective as the operational context they are given,” Florian Schewior, Celonis’ managing director of the DACH region, said in a statement. “By combining Celonis Process Intelligence and Context Model capabilities with deepset’s AI orchestration platform, we can help public sector and security organizations deploy AI systems that are not only powerful, but operationally grounded, explainable and aligned with sovereign infrastructure requirements.”
