Process intelligence company Celonis announced an expanded collaboration with Amazon Web Services that will help businesses power enterprise AI solutions with real-time operational context.

Celonis’ platform is designed to provide companies with operational insights through digital twins of their business processes. A new zero-copy connection to AWS services will bring together cloud storage and data governance via Amazon S3 and AWS Glue with Celonis’ technology.

The Process Intelligence Graph that serves as the foundation for Celonis’ platform will be able to read live data stored in Amazon S3 on AWS. Enriched with deep operational context, that data can be fed into Amazon Bedrock, enabling development of AI agents that can understand business operations and automate complex tasks.

“It’s time to move past the era of AI science projects to enterprise AI that delivers meaningful business outcomes,” Dan Brown, chief product officer at Celonis, said in a statement. “By integrating with Amazon S3, we are drastically accelerating the time to value for our customers. We’re giving agents built with Amazon Bedrock the immediate, real-time operational context they need to make the right decisions, take the right actions and drive real value fast.”
