EliseAI, a company that provides the housing and healthcare industries with agentic workflow solutions, has opened its new headquarters office in Manhattan. The company previously announced it signed a 10-year lease for this space in January.

The facility is located in a Midtown office building at 401 Fifth Ave. The site, which was formerly the Tiffany & Co. building, spans eight floors and offers 240,000 square feet of space. EliseAI, a company with over 400 employees, occupies 109,000 square feet in the building, an increase of more than 1.5x over its previous New York office. EliseAI’s new facility is designed to foster collaboration and provide room for future company growth.

“New York is very special to us; it’s where we started building EliseAI,” Minna Song, the company’s co-founder and CEO, said in a January statement. “Choosing our new home here was critical due to our strong in-person culture and our commitment to creating a truly exceptional experience for our people to collaborate and do their best work. The new space will let us further scale our New York team, contribute to the city’s technology ecosystem, and build the next chapter of AI in housing and healthcare.”
