Tandym Group, a national consulting, recruitment and workforce solutions company, has announced its acquisition of Kolter Solutions, a Florida-based technology staffing company. Kolter specializes in healthcare IT recruitment and staff augmentation, as well as professional IT, engineering and digital and creative placements.
The acquisition will strengthen Tandym’s presence in the Florida market and enhance its focus on healthcare IT. The deal grants Tandym access to a substantial pool of talent in the region, enabling the company to better support its clients’ diverse requirements.
This deal marks Tandym’s fourth acquisition in the past two years. In joining Tandym’s team, Kolter will continue to provide personalized concierge service to its consultants while leveraging Tandym’s platform to offer new opportunities and resources across the entire country.
