Visitt, a New York-based proptech company, has raised $22 million in a Series B funding round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from Vertex Ventures Israel, Anfield and Sarona Ventures, the company announced Monday.

Visitt provides a unified commercial real estate operations platform that consolidates functions such as work order management, compliance tracking and tenant communications, which are typically spread across multiple systems. The technology relies on real-time operational data and continuous feedback from on-site property teams.

The funding will be used to expand Visitt’s product suite, building on tools such as its work order intelligence and multilingual communication features. The company also plans to roll out new AI agents designed to further automate operations and enhance the tenant experience.

The funding comes amid rapid growth for Visitt, which now serves more than 150 customers and reported over 900 percent growth in managed square footage in the past year alone.
