The Strategy & Business Development Associate will drive strategic initiatives, support business growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage in market research within Aave Labs.

Act as technical lead for partner integrations: scope, design, build proofs-of-concept, document reference architectures, troubleshoot integrations, and liaise between partners, product, and engineering to accelerate adoption.

Lead institutional adoption of Aave products (Horizon, Aave Protocol, GHO) by developing go-to-market strategy, building strategic partnerships, shaping product direction with cross-functional teams, and representing Aave at industry events to grow distribution and market share.

Lead and develop the Risk team, own the risk management frameworks, coordinate with external providers, and ensure optimal risk posture for protocol.

Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain secure Solidity smart contracts and dApps on Ethereum and EVM networks; develop protocol-level infrastructure; respond to and simulate security incidents; debug, review code for security, and mentor other engineers while staying current with Ethereum ecosystem developments.

As a Staff Quant Strategist Engineer, you will model and validate Aave's products' economics, design new protocol mechanisms, and contribute to growth-side decisions using quantitative insights.
