Act as technical lead for partner integrations: scope, design, build proofs-of-concept, document reference architectures, troubleshoot integrations, and liaise between partners, product, and engineering to accelerate adoption.

The Strategy & Business Development Associate will drive strategic initiatives, support business growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage in market research within Aave Labs.

Drive enterprise adoption of Aave by sourcing and managing partner integrations across fintech, exchanges, wallets, and payment platforms; lead full sales cycles, co-design partner products, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage pipelines, and represent Aave at industry events.
