Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage HR operations including onboarding, payroll, immigration processes, and compliance. Support talent management initiatives and maintain employee data accuracy.

Support finance and credit teams through deal processing, contract preparation/review, and timely product delivery. Reconcile transactions, own quarterly reporting and month-end close, partner with auditors, resolve account/invoice discrepancies with clients and vendors, and help document policies and procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally and support ad hoc projects. Requires office presence in New York at least four times weekly.
