Lead end-to-end design, launch, and scaling of focused home-health clinical programs (ortho, cardiovascular, oncology). Own program definition, execution with Partnerships and market teams, KPI design, outcome reporting, and evidence generation to convert pilots into scalable pipelines.

Own revenue cycle strategy, analytics, forecasting, automation, and payer performance initiatives. Lead root-cause analysis for denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage, partner with Product and Engineering on RCM tooling, and oversee revenue cycle workstreams for market launches and acquisitions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations to execute improvements across a rapidly scaling healthcare organization.
