Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop service plans and goals, maintain confidential records, liaise with support agencies, run groups, complete bi-weekly reports, and collaborate with staff and community resources.

Serve as the organizations chief legal and compliance advisor, reporting to the CEO and Board. Provide legal counsel on nonprofit, employment, real estate, contracts, procurement, and risk matters; manage litigation, audits, insurance, and outside counsel; oversee Quality Assurance and related committees; develop policies, compliance programs, and trainings; and prepare board materials and compliance reports to government agencies.

Manage administrative functions of a residential program to ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, vacancy control, and efficient program support. Supervise administrative staff, produce reports, implement policies and special projects, assist with proposals, and coordinate with facility units and external agencies.

Provide comprehensive HR support including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, leave management, compliance with employment laws, investigations, and HR policy implementation while supporting leadership and maintaining HR systems.

Administer and manage employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, commuter, retirement), handle open enrollment, resolve benefits-related employee issues, liaise with carriers/brokers, reconcile invoices, support compliance filings (ACA, COBRA, Form 5500, EEO-1), and back up LOA and workers' comp processing. Deliver benefits presentations during onboarding and maintain benefits data and reporting.

Provide supportive housing case management serving low-income, special-needs, and homeless individuals and families. Coordinate onsite wrap-around services, connect clients to mental health, substance abuse, employment, and housing resources, and support long-term stability and community integration.

Supervise and support case managers, create and review caseloads and intake packets, ensure compliance and timely assessments, participate in case conferences, perform follow-ups, provide staff training and development, and carry a caseload as directed.

Supervise and support a supportive housing program for formerly homeless individuals with serious mental illness/substance use disorders. Oversee social services and case management staff, provide supervision and training, develop individualized service plans, perform crisis intervention and assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation and reports (including CAPS and TMS), coordinate with external agencies, and implement quality assurance measures.
