Agentio Company Culture & Values
Frequently Asked Questions
Agentio's culture is defined by high ownership, high transparency, and a genuine absence of politics. We hire for aptitude, curiosity, and low ego — and we mean it. The best idea wins regardless of where it comes from, and no task is beneath anyone including the founders. We operate with intensity, but that intensity comes from positive reinforcement and shared belief in what we're building — not fear or pressure. Employees describe the culture as collaborative in a way that doesn't feel performative: people genuinely want each other to succeed, share what's working, and ask for help without hesitation.
We work in person full time, which creates a level of collaboration that remote environments can't replicate. Engineers sit next to GTM, designers work directly with founders, and anyone can drop into a meeting or conversation that interests them. Cross-functional work is the norm — our most important projects involve engineering, product, design, and GTM working in parallel rather than in sequence. We've found that this proximity accelerates decision-making and builds the kind of trust that makes hard problems easier to solve.
Our values aren't a slide in an all-hands deck. They show up in how we hire, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other. "No Ego, All In" means exactly what it says — there's no task too small and no win that belongs to one person. "Always Be Lore Maxxing" is our way of saying we want to do things worth remembering — bold, memorable actions that people talk about for years. "Run Through Walls" means we don't back down from hard problems, and "Obsess Over Impact" means we care about outcomes for our brands, our creators, and our team — not just activity.
