Leads product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Altana’s public-sector offerings spanning customs, border management, economic security, defense procurement, and supply-chain resilience. Oversees product teams and partners with engineering, design, data science, and government affairs to build AI-enabled workflows, policy tools, integrations, and trusted-trade capabilities for government customers across multiple jurisdictions.

Provide administrative support to the Growth leadership team by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and international travel, processing expenses, organizing events, and serving as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, proactive problem-solving, strong organization, and support for multiple senior leaders. The Executive Assistant will also provide backup coverage for other administrative staff and work onsite at least three days per week in Brooklyn or Midtown Manhattan.

Own the roadmap for Altana’s LSP Platform, developing products for freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs. Define priorities, success metrics, and customer outcomes; conduct discovery and pilots; improve workflows for brokers and compliance teams; and partner with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams. The role requires technical product management across APIs, integrations, data-intensive workflows, and AI-enabled experiences.
