Serve as Finance Business Partner for Technology, owning forecasts, variance reporting, financial modeling, headcount planning, cloud and AI spend management, procurement, vendor contracts, and board-level scorecards. Translate technical spending into GAAP-compliant accounting entries and executive narratives. Partner with engineering, product, accounting, and senior leadership to improve budget accountability, SaaS efficiency, investment decisions, and ROI visibility across technology teams.

Manage strategic logistics customer accounts, driving onboarding, product adoption, value realization, renewals, and account expansion. Lead customer calls and QBRs, analyze customer data, communicate product value, synthesize feedback for product teams, and collaborate with account executives, product, and implementation engineering teams to improve delivery and customer outcomes.

As the Head of Product Design at Altana, you will lead the creation of an agent-first design organization and a comprehensive design system, ensuring its integration into complex digital workflows while influencing product strategy and fostering collaboration across teams.
