Support end-to-end billing cycle: generate invoices in NetSuite, process and apply payments, reconcile AR, work with Sales via Salesforce to ensure billing accuracy, assist month/end close, resolve billing inquiries, and improve billing processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, blended product initiatives coordinating writing, design, digital, physical production, supply chain/BOM, and vendors. Own timelines, manage risks, run planning rituals, optimize team throughput, plan resources 2-3 quarters ahead, and communicate project status and trade-offs to stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and quality.

Coordinate cross-functional project logistics and documentation. Maintain project plans, Figma boards, Smartsheet trackers, and meeting agendas. Capture notes, synthesize action items, track deliverables and handoffs, enforce asset naming/version control, resolve minor blockers within 24 hours, and flag risks to the Senior Project Manager to keep timelines on track.

Design and build scalable front-end components and related tooling, write automated tests, review peers' code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product, design, and DevOps on deployments and infrastructure, and ensure performance, reliability, security, and accessibility for classroom users.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of Sales Finance data by validating expense coding, supporting commission processing, managing event budgets and swag orders, researching financial questions, and designing/updating training materials while partnering with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement.

Lead category strategy for Professional Services, Marketing, and HR by analyzing spend, managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, conducting benchmarking and QBRs, and driving cost-saving and process improvements across procurement activities while collaborating cross-functionally and using contract management systems.

Manage and maintain Amplify's company-wide knowledge repository (Bloomfire), support content governance and discoverability (Glean), provide platform administration, analyze usage and search effectiveness, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer-facing teams have accurate, up-to-date resources.

Analyze large-scale educational data to inform product design and efficacy. Develop, evaluate, and maintain statistical and AI models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings to stakeholders, and leverage AI tools for analysis and feature engineering while following software development practices.

Lead cross-functional teams to define vision, roadmap, and OKRs for PreK-5 literacy products. Drive end-to-end product delivery from research and specs through launch and iteration, partner with Design, Curriculum, Supply Chain, Marketing and Data teams, prioritize AI opportunities, and measure outcomes to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.

Lead CX research and knowledge strategy to turn qualitative and quantitative data into actionable recommendations. Manage end-to-end pilot projects, design surveys and research, synthesize insights for executives, develop scalable insight frameworks and knowledge systems, and partner with Marketing to translate findings into external thought leadership.

Lead and develop a regional team of pilot support consultants across California, coordinate scheduling and logistics, model best practices in the field, provide coaching and direct pilot support, recruit and hire consultants, and collaborate with field marketing on educator-facing pilot materials.

Sell Amplify K-12 curriculum and assessment solutions within an assigned Oregon territory. Independently manage territory strategy, pipeline, forecasting, and customer relationships; analyze market and funding trends; travel heavily to meet prospects and attend team meetings; collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational sales strategy and reporting.

Lead enterprise business systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Boomi) strategy and delivery. Architect integrations and AI/ML workflows, manage delivery teams and vendors, improve SDLC, ensure data alignment with analytics, and drive automation to increase operational efficiency and measurable ROI.

Support Product Relations Manager in defining product configuration frameworks, maintain item/master data and BOMs, partner with Product and Operations to ensure manufacturability and fulfillment readiness, perform data quality checks, support onboarding and customer issues for managed accounts, and recommend physical product configurations and cost/production standards.
