Teams at Amplify

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, blended product initiatives coordinating writing, design, digital, physical production, supply chain/BOM, and vendors. Own timelines, manage risks, run planning rituals, optimize team throughput, plan resources 2-3 quarters ahead, and communicate project status and trade-offs to stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and quality.

Coordinate cross-functional project logistics and documentation. Maintain project plans, Figma boards, Smartsheet trackers, and meeting agendas. Capture notes, synthesize action items, track deliverables and handoffs, enforce asset naming/version control, resolve minor blockers within 24 hours, and flag risks to the Senior Project Manager to keep timelines on track.

Design and build scalable front-end components and related tooling, write automated tests, review peers' code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product, design, and DevOps on deployments and infrastructure, and ensure performance, reliability, security, and accessibility for classroom users.
