Provides administrative and operational support to Product leadership, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, reporting, vendor invoices, expense reporting, meetings, presentations, and confidential information handling. The role requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, multitasking, judgment, and problem-solving skills while supporting cross-organizational processes and maintaining professional relationships.

Partner with the Chief Academic Officer to drive APEX operations and high-priority cross-functional projects. Coordinate quarterly goal-setting, manage team rhythms, surface risks, support CAO deliverables and meetings, and represent Amplify externally at conferences. Foster collaboration across product teams and strengthen pedagogical excellence and thought leadership.

Develops and optimizes digital performance marketing campaigns for Amplify’s education products. Responsibilities include creating email, advertising, landing page, and automation assets; managing paid media; tracking campaign KPIs and conversion data; coordinating vendors and internal teams; reporting insights; and recommending optimization strategies. The role also uses analytics, attribution, CRM, project management, and AI marketing tools while supporting direct-report development.
