The Business Development Analyst will support GTM execution for stablecoins through market analysis, BD efforts, and cross-functional execution with teams in finance and compliance.

Draft and negotiate vendor, commercial, custody, brokerage, trading, partnership, intercompany, and client agreements. Advise on third-party risk management, contract frameworks, and emerging business lines while partnering with sales, product, engineering, operations, and other teams. Lead legal projects, develop contract playbooks, resolve complex issues, and support the company’s growth in the crypto and digital asset industry.

Structure, price, negotiate, and manage bespoke digital-asset credit facilities, including margin lending, delayed settlement trades, and collateralized loans. Originate funding relationships, optimize collateral utilization, assess market and credit risks, and develop documentation, controls, and operational processes. Partner with sales, legal, risk, compliance, and operations teams to scale the Prime Financing business and drive institutional revenue growth.
