Supports institutional fundraising and investor coverage initiatives by managing CRM data, preparing meeting materials, coordinating road shows, monitoring investor deployment activity, and responding to due diligence requests. Collaborates with Product, Investor Relations, Marketing, legal, finance, accounting, and investment teams to synthesize information, prepare materials, and onboard investment vehicles. Participates in investor meetings and maintains related records and databases.

Serves as the senior technical owner for Antares’ enterprise SS&C Geneva fund accounting platform. Responsibilities include Geneva configuration and RSL development, integrations, APIs, data conversion, testing, production support, reconciliation, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting. The role partners with Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Treasury, Valuations, Data, Technology, vendors, and administrators to support investment accounting, valuations, NAV, period close, and investor accounting while improving automation, controls, reliability, and data quality.

Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls for incentive compensation and equity plans. Establish monthly general ledger processes, prepare quarterly footnotes and equity schedules, conduct financial modeling and variance analysis, support audits, and partner with HR, tax, and FP&A. The role will also implement carried interest software, improve procedures, coordinate with JPM Workplace Solutions, and support executive and Board reporting.
