The role manages key client relationships, develops scalable processes, monitors financial performance, builds referral networks, and mentors senior tax professionals while driving practice expansion and market leadership.

Manage a private client tax team, delegate and review work, develop tax strategies, conduct tax research, prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, and trust returns, advise clients on transactions and restructuring, manage client relationships, communicate with tax authorities, and mentor staff.

The Partner in Assurance Services leads client engagements, drives market growth, mentors talent, and ensures operational excellence while upholding Aprio's brand and values.

The Tax Partner is responsible for client leadership, business development, and team mentoring, ensuring high-quality service and revenue growth while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Leads complex M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, transaction structuring, tax attribute analysis, and post-transaction integration planning.
