Drive frontline workforce planning and deployment for Design & Engineering teams. Configure and maintain GIS databases and BIM models for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project; ensure GIS-BIM alignment and digital twin support; provide application and PMIS (Kahua) support; maintain documentation and compliance with federal and GDC standards; participate in coordination meetings, QA reviews, and reporting for permit and construction compliance.

Develop independent cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for change orders, evaluate contractor proposals and time/material records, lead cost negotiations, prepare Authorized Cost Breakdown spreadsheets and negotiation memos, and quantify financial damages for claims.

Design and lead process-mechanical tasks for industrial water/wastewater projects: prepare drawings, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, reports, coordinate disciplines, support construction, perform site evaluations and field testing.

Lead IT strategy and roadmap governance for the Gateway Tunnel Project: maintain multi-year IT roadmap, ensure architecture alignment, manage roadmap projects, track delivery and risks, produce network and architecture diagrams, run governance forums, engage stakeholders, and improve reporting and decision processes.

Lead and grow the System Planning & Studies team, manage project and proposal delivery, and perform hands-on power system planning analyses (load-flow, short-circuit, transient and electromagnetic transient, stability, reliability, interconnection studies). Serve as technical lead, project/program manager, mentor junior engineers, support business development, and ensure compliance with standards and quality control.

Serve as process engineer on industrial water and wastewater projects: develop process designs, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, and O&M manuals; perform field work, pilot testing, commissioning, and client presentations; mentor junior staff; manage projects and support business development across study, design, construction, startup, and operation phases.
