Lead electrical design and consulting for water/wastewater projects focusing on power distribution, controls, lighting, fire alarm, access control, and communications. Lead procurement for professional services on the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project. Manage solicitation processes (RFPs), draft scopes and price schedules, negotiate and award service contracts, and oversee ongoing contract administration and compliance for OPEX/professional services.

Manage and track permits and regulatory compliance for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project. Liaise with agencies, develop monitoring protocols, prepare compliance reports, maintain records, coordinate with project teams, identify risks, and support stakeholder and public engagement related to environmental permits and commitments.

Lead development and management of FTA/FRA grant compliance program for the Gateway Hudson Tunnel Project. Conduct audits, spot checks, and federal compliance reviews; manage responses to USDOT/FTA/FRA inquiries; identify and mitigate compliance risks; coordinate corrective actions across stakeholders; prepare reports and provide strategic guidance to leadership. Travel within the NY/NJ Metro as needed.

Lead and grow 3–5 key Property & Investment accounts in the U.S., develop and execute account growth plans, drive >$5M annual net order intake, manage pipeline and proposals, align value propositions, and coach a small account team to expand revenue and client relationships.
