Drive business growth across North America by prospecting greenfield accounts, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating proposals and contracts, and selling AWS-based cloud, DevOps, FinOps, and GenAI solutions. Build startup and ISV relationships, co-sell with AWS, exceed sales targets, engage executive stakeholders, attend industry events, and collaborate with marketing, operations, delivery, and solutions teams.

The Sales Director will lead the US expansion efforts for Automat-it, focusing on revenue generation, AWS relationships, and team leadership for a growing client base of startups and scaleups.

Own the full sales cycle for North America greenfield accounts: build territory plans, prospect, co-sell with AWS, negotiate SOWs/contracts, grow strategic AWS relationships, leverage AI sales tools, attend industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue and pipeline targets.
