Build Avoca’s content function and strategy from the ground up, covering SEO, AI search visibility, customer stories, original research, demand-generation assets, and social content. Own research, interviewing, writing, editing, distribution, and measurement. Develop AI-enabled workflows while maintaining editorial quality, and track qualified traffic, conversions, opportunities, and influenced pipeline. Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales to make content a driver of awareness, trust, and revenue.

Build and operate Avoca’s AI-powered outbound growth engine, including personalized email campaigns, sending infrastructure, deliverability, market mapping, data enrichment, buying-signal detection, integrations, automations, and internal GTM tools. Partner with Sales, SDRs, Growth, and RevOps to improve targeting, lead routing, productivity, and qualified pipeline. Evaluate whether to buy, build, or automate GTM technology while continuously launching and optimizing AI-driven workflows.

Build and scale Avoca’s paid social and paid search acquisition channels into qualified pipeline and revenue drivers. Own strategy, execution, budgets, creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization. Develop rapid experimentation across audiences, messaging, offers, and landing pages; use customer insights and performance data to improve campaigns. Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing, while identifying and scaling additional growth channels through AI and automation.
