Own and scale Avoca's partnerships channel end-to-end: activate and manage partner relationships, run partner-led campaigns and events, build enablement, track partner-sourced pipeline with RevOps, convert intros into revenue-generating partnerships, coordinate cross-functionally, and represent Avoca at events with regular travel.

Lead and grow a team of Technical Account Managers to retain and expand B2B SaaS customers. Own renewal forecasting, risk management, customer health metrics, escalation handling, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Delivery. Hire, coach, and build scalable processes, playbooks, and knowledge resources while carrying a small book of accounts.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles: source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview loops, manage screening and offers, build pipelines and scalable processes, track recruiting metrics, and represent Avoca's employer brand to close top technical talent in a fast-growing, in-office startup.
