Lead and scale Axle's Auto Lending sales motion: build pipeline, close enterprise deals with banks, credit unions, captive and specialty finance companies, co-sell with data and LOS partners, deliver demos and ROI-driven business cases, and translate customer insights into product improvements.

Lead end-to-end product marketing and full marketing stack for an AI-native insurance platform. Own messaging, positioning, sales enablement, GTM launches, founder-led LinkedIn presence, brand and content strategy (SEO and generative optimization), events, and agency/contractor management. Build and grow a marketing team over time while supporting partner sales (e.g., Experian) and balancing B2B and consumer motions.

Lead enterprise post-sales deployments: design pilots tied to client objectives, convert pilots to long-term contracts, drive expansion and Net Dollar Retention, manage cross-functional stakeholders and executive QBRs, codify deployment playbooks, and translate field insights into product requirements.

Own and grow enterprise automotive dealer and platform partnerships by driving adoption, expansion, and revenue. Manage relationships, set and track growth goals, run commercial and performance initiatives, enable clients, surface partner feedback to Product and Engineering, and act as a strategic advisor. Collaborate cross-functionally and travel regularly to partner sites and industry events.

Serve as the technical and product SME for Mortgage clients across pre-sales, onboarding, integrations (POS/LOS), and post-sale account management. Run design sessions, configure integrations, drive adoption, maintain docs and APIs, gather customer insights, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable value.

Own post-sales enterprise engagements: design and deploy pilots, convert pilots to long-term contracts, drive account expansion, run executive steering/QBRs, codify deployment playbooks, and partner cross-functionally to ensure rapid time-to-value and growth in Net Dollar Retention.

Own and grow strategic enterprise partnerships in automotive, financial, and data platforms. Drive adoption, expansion, and revenue within assigned accounts; map organizations, lead executive business reviews, negotiate commercially, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate partner needs into product and engineering priorities. Design and build a platform for insurance data extraction, validation, and verification using safe inference and agentic workflows. Develop evals for extractors/transformers, standardize variable data points, manage data hierarchies across ingestors, and orchestrate self-improving agents for mission-critical fintech and insurance use cases.

Own technical customer support and the support inbox for Axle's API and admin interfaces. Troubleshoot API/authentication issues, run GTM operational support, build and maintain knowledge base and runbooks, automate recurring workflows with lightweight tooling, and surface product feedback to internal teams to scale customer success operations.

Lead customer-facing product discovery and design sessions with enterprise clients, translate workflows into prioritized product requirements, partner with Engineering and GTM teams, build solution patterns and documentation, and travel monthly to ensure adoption and scalable implementations.

Build Axle's end-to-end people function: lead full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM teams, manage external recruiters, administer ATS/HRIS, design onboarding, comp bands, performance cycles, and scale culture, L&D, and people systems with an AI/automation focus.

Own post-sales relationships with enterprise clients: manage onboarding, integrations, and implementations; coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, and Product; travel monthly to customers; capture product feedback and maintain API documentation to drive adoption and product improvements.
