Develop original print and pattern designs for high-performance apparel, including engineered and repeat prints, seasonal colorways, factory-ready artwork, 3D renders, and precise production files. Collaborate with design, brand, materials, and factories to ensure print compatibility with active fabrics, accurate color execution, and quality bulk production. Review strike-offs and lab dips while managing multiple deadlines and cross-functional feedback.

Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, product launches, shoots, social, digital, e-commerce, retail, events, and other brand touchpoints. The role translates creative direction into mood boards, layouts, visual systems, and production assets; supports photo and video art direction; collaborates with cross-functional teams; presents ideas; maintains brand consistency; and manages multiple creative projects with strong attention to detail.

Own technical apparel development from initial samples through production, ensuring fit, quality, construction, and manufacturability. Create and maintain tech packs, specifications, and construction details in PLM; measure samples, evaluate patterns, lead fittings, and translate feedback into technical direction. Collaborate with factories and cross-functional teams, support wear testing, manage seasonal timelines, resolve risks, and improve technical processes. The role focuses on high-performance running apparel and requires strong technical design and pattern-making expertise.
