Coordinates safety and compliance training for drivers and driving assistants. Develops safety assessments, training schedules, materials, and initiatives; conducts safety meetings; tracks data; manages training enrollment, costs, schedules, equipment, vendors, and safety-resource databases; and ensures employees remain current on vehicle-operation standards and best practices.

Supervise workplace safety compliance across transportation operations. Conduct safety audits, training, equipment inspections, and operational monitoring; investigate accidents, identify hazards, enforce safety procedures, and implement initiatives to reduce workplace incidents. Partner with operations teams to ensure drivers and employees follow applicable industry, state, and company safety requirements.

Supervise transportation operations, including drivers, bus attendants, and other personnel. Coordinate daily workflows, support operational planning, manage client and supplier records, monitor expenses, improve productivity, assist with recruiting and onboarding, train new hires, enforce policies, and collaborate across departments to optimize business performance.

Manage daily and long-term staffing for multiple routes and locations: monitor coverage, respond to call-outs, maintain staffing records, analyze absenteeism/overtime trends, coordinate with recruiting, ensure compliance, and support onboarding and credential tracking.

Supervise daily transportation operations for the Coney Island operation, support drivers and matrons, enforce safety and compliance (DVIR, Lytx, DOE/OPT), manage attendance and performance, assist onboarding and coaching, control operational costs, and coordinate with Operations, Safety, Dispatch, and Fleet teams to ensure reliable service.

Field-based operations leader who supports local managers and frontline teams across Bronx and Westchester. Owns day-to-day issue follow-up, facilities coordination, operational audits, process rollout, coaching, and continuous improvement. Drives action plan completion, escalates risks and trends to regional leadership, and ensures consistent execution of operating procedures and compliance.
