Investigate payment issues end-to-end, perform root-cause analysis, quantify revenue impact, produce written recommendations, partner with analytics, revenue, support, and carrier teams, and translate findings into prioritized product opportunities.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for insurance carriers, coordinate cross-functional teams, write requirements, track scope and risks, and deliver platform integrations to go-live.
