As a Technical Product Manager at Bilt, you will lead the development of innovative products, ensure quality execution, and work closely with engineering and design teams while leveraging AI tools for faster iterations.

The Back End Engineer at Bilt will design, implement, and document back-end services, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on application optimization in a dynamic environment.

Own activation and retention for Bilt Rewards by designing personalized lifecycle journeys across email, push, and SMS. Build Braze campaigns using Liquid and HTML/CSS, partner with product, engineering, and data to implement eventing and dashboards, QA campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize programs using AI tooling.

Own integration quality for Bilt's concierge platform: document APIs and flows, validate end-to-end releases, run QA and production troubleshooting, enable internal partners, and turn one-off requests into scalable integration patterns.

Own end-to-end projects building scalable web and backend services for millions of members. Develop frontend experiences with React, Next.js, and React Native; build backend services with Node.js frameworks; design schemas and optimize PostgreSQL queries; implement observability; participate in architecture, code reviews, and production support.

As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you design and implement API integrations, write production-quality Java code, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with partners and teams.

Source candidates across technical and non-technical functions, build high-quality pipelines, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, create outreach, own interview scheduling and operations, maintain Gem data hygiene, and build AI-driven sourcing workflows.

Own Brand product initiatives across Experiences, Collection, integrations, and Rent Free. Translate business priorities into actionable requirements, align stakeholders, map integrations, track metrics, and partner with engineers to drive projects from idea to launch.

Lead and scale Bilt’s consumer events and experiences, owning strategy, vendor and partner relationships, budgets, logistics, and cross-functional execution to deliver premium, hospitality-forward activations across key markets.

The Travel Concierge will assist Bilt members with travel inquiries and bookings, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records while collaborating with teams.
