Design, implement, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security. Monitor systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot client issues, document configurations and security metrics, deliver training, and ensure compliance with security best practices. The role involves onsite client work in the NYC metro area, collaboration with internal teams, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Supports Account Executives by managing client relationships, coordinating quotes and orders, onboarding customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with purchasing, finance, engineering, project management, and vendor partners. The role maintains pricing and discounts, supports account growth, participates in sales and pipeline meetings, and ensures timely delivery and customer satisfaction. It is a hybrid, full-time position in New York City with opportunities for commission-based growth.

Lead customer-facing pre-sales architecture for complex cybersecurity, networking, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud, and managed services opportunities. Conduct discovery workshops, design solutions, create architecture documents, bills of materials, SOWs, RFP responses, business cases, and proof-of-concept demonstrations. Partner with sales, vendors, and delivery teams to structure profitable recurring services engagements, support executive briefings, mentor junior architects, and shape the company’s technology portfolio.
