Leads BlackLine’s Forward-Deployed Advisory practice, scaling solution consulting across strategic enterprise pursuits. Directs and mentors senior Solution Advisors, partners with C-suite finance and technology leaders, establishes discovery and solution architecture standards, and translates AI and automation into accounting transformation strategies. The role also aligns Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to improve enterprise deal cycles and customer value realization.

Partners with account managers to guide customers through BlackLine adoption, digital transformation, process optimization, training, change management, and roadmap development. Provides consulting, solution design, executive strategy sessions, and thought leadership using expertise in accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, invoice-to-cash, and intercompany operations. Drives customer adoption, expansion, retention, and improved customer experience.

Develop and advance the enterprise data platform by gathering business requirements, designing data models and warehouses, and building data visualization solutions. Administer reporting, analytics, and visualization platforms while promoting best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally, apply business and process knowledge, manage multiple projects, communicate strategically, and provide technical leadership in data engineering and business intelligence.
