People Operations Partner supporting frontline field teams across multiple food and beverage markets. Partners with managers on hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, compliance, leadership development, and workforce planning. Conducts investigations, coaches leaders, identifies people trends, and ensures consistent policies across stores. The role is based in Brooklyn, requires in-person work and frequent travel to stores and supported markets.

Supports training initiatives across multiple stores by coordinating new-hire programs, leading orientations and in-store training, facilitating assessments, tracking completion and compliance, conducting product-quality evaluations, and creating actionable performance reports. The role also supports certifications and product launches, builds cross-functional relationships, and fosters an engaging learning culture. Frequent travel across New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and other markets is required, with flexibility for weekends and work outside store hours.

Coordinate seasonal campaigns, store openings, brand partnerships, and other marketing initiatives from planning through reporting. Manage influencer and social tracking, collaborate with creative, operations, supply chain, retail, experiential, digital, social, and press teams, and represent the brand at openings and events. The role requires strong storytelling instincts, cultural awareness, organization, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
