Support and deliver field training and product quality across multiple markets. Lead new-hire onboarding, in-store training, assessments, certifications, and quarterly quality audits. Track training completion and compliance, create actionable reports, and foster cross-functional relationships to improve store performance and learning culture. Frequent multi-city travel required.
