Support construction buildouts from planning through closeout by tracking schedules, vendors, budgets, permits, procurement, and site punchlists; coordinate architects, GCs, and stakeholders, run meetings, conduct site visits, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time store delivery.

Support and deliver new-hire and ongoing training across multiple markets, assess and report on product quality, track training compliance, lead orientations and certifications, assist with product launches, and foster a learning culture while traveling frequently to regional stores.

The People Operations Partner supports operations by driving a people-first culture, handling employee relations, coaching leaders, and facilitating hiring, development, and retention processes.
