As Global Head of Central Operations, you'll design operational standards, manage change in initiatives, and create systems architecture while ensuring the growth and quality of the Blank Street experience.

Lead corporate IT strategy and build a greenfield IT operating model across US and UK. Own identity and access, endpoint/MMD standards, SaaS consolidation, vendor management, security posture, incident readiness, AI governance, training, and alignment with field IT for multi-site retail operations.

Support construction buildouts from planning through closeout by tracking schedules, vendors, budgets, permits, procurement, and site punchlists; coordinate architects, GCs, and stakeholders, run meetings, conduct site visits, and maintain project documentation to ensure on-time store delivery.
