Build, lead, and scale a team of Account Executives for a SaaS AI startup. Drive pipeline, revenue, forecasting, and conversion improvements; recruit and ramp AEs; partner with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success; conduct call reviews, coaching, and deal strategy to meet high accountability performance standards.
