Coordinates across global stakeholders and time zones, handles confidential information, supports operating committee logistics, and prioritizes competing requests with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.

Supports energy-transition investment products and institutional capital partnerships. Responsibilities include structuring and executing equity solutions, coordinating transaction workstreams, preparing investment memoranda and financial models, managing due diligence data rooms, leading investor diligence, developing investor messaging, and responding to LP inquiries. The role collaborates with investment, sustainability, asset management, and client teams to raise third-party capital for renewable power and decarbonization investments.

Supports Brookfield’s Fundraising Management Team across fundraising strategy, investor engagement, market research, reporting, presentations, marketing materials, roadshows, and strategic projects. The intern collaborates with teams including investor relations, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and investment teams while tracking deliverables and analyzing private funds, competitors, and market trends.
