The VP of Partner Success will define and execute strategies for retailer success, drive revenue growth, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing a Partner Success organization, aligning go-to-market strategies, and leading executive reviews to enhance performance metrics and operational efficiency.

As Sales Director, you will manage the entire sales process for new partners, focusing on Enterprise Retailers and DTC brands, while exceeding targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through product insights.

Own end-to-end product design from discovery to launch. Partner with PMs and engineers to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Conduct user research, use data to inform decisions, evolve design system, and present work to stakeholders.
