As Director of Customer Education, you will lead a team to develop and execute a comprehensive educational content strategy, partnering cross-functionally to enhance customer activation and retention. Responsibilities include creating educational content, managing a team, and establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness.

Lead compensation strategy and execution for bi-annual pay cycles, benchmarking, promotions, offers, and compliance. Maintain salary bands and Workday compensation data, advise leaders, partner with Finance and TA, manage vendor participation, and deliver data-driven recommendations and executive materials.

The role involves owning and delivering AI-powered features for Calendly, collaborating with multiple teams, and applying machine learning solutions for product enhancement.
