Build pipeline via outbound/inbound, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate with product and founders to tailor solutions and drive retention and expansion. Represent the company at industry events.

Own post-sale customer journey for insurance agencies and brokerages: lead onboarding and implementation, drive adoption and enablement, manage support and SLAs, monitor customer health and renewals, surface product feedback to product and engineering, and identify expansion opportunities.
