The Sales Development Representative will identify leads, qualify them, and work towards converting them into clients while meeting sales targets. The role includes multi-channel outreach and collaboration with Account Executives.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, drive product adoption, renewals and expansion, build executive relationships, create account plans, surface product feedback, and use data/analytics to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.

Produce digestible, actionable research on fintech markets and competitors using data. Track startup momentum, identify trends, publish reports, support GTM, present to clients, and respond to media/PR requests.
