Teams at CD Baby

Lead the testing strategy and hands-on test engineering for CD Baby's customer-facing applications. Architect and build automated, AI-augmented test suites across UI, API/contract, integration, and performance layers; integrate tests into ArgoCD-driven CI/CD; manage test data and environments; embed on a cross-functional Platform team; mentor engineers and raise quality standards while ensuring accessibility, reliability, and fast feedback loops.

The Director of Business Intelligence will define and implement the BI strategy, standardize metrics, build data infrastructure, and lead insights and analytics initiatives across CD Baby.

Lead backend technical strategy and hands-on implementation to migrate on-prem systems to Azure, decompose a .NET monolith into service-based architecture, define data models and API contracts, ship customer-facing features with CI/CD and observability, and mentor engineers across the cross-functional Platform team.
