Designs and maintains modular learning curricula for virtual behavioral health programs. Translates clinical source materials into slide decks, workbooks, facilitator guides, talk tracks, and interactive activities. Uses learner engagement data, client feedback, and facilitator input to improve content. Partners on modularization initiatives, CMS publishing, AI-assisted content development, and lightweight interactive prototypes while ensuring accessible, empathetic, and effective learning experiences.

Own revenue funnel performance analysis from lead through admission, translate insights into operational decisions, and support forecasting. Partner with the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations on annual and quarterly planning, OKRs, business reviews, operating cadence, and cross-functional initiatives. Lead workstreams improving admissions coverage, operating frameworks, and patient and referral-source journeys. Present executive-level analyses and coordinate organizational projects.
