Oversee Greenhouse, recruiting-process compliance, offer construction, reporting, employer brand, interviewer training, and AI-enabled recruiting workflows. Partner with executives and hiring managers to maintain a high hiring bar while improving efficiency and consistency.

Drive new client acquisition and ARR growth among private credit general partners and debt-focused investment managers. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, including lead generation, needs assessment, presentations, proof-of-concept design, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and relationship management. Translate complex private credit workflows into tailored platform solutions, collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy, and engage executive stakeholders across North America.

Lead product strategy to automate fund administration: own roadmap, design agentic LLM extraction and human-in-the-loop workflows, set reconciliation/confidence logic, measure efficiency gains, and manage a direct report while partnering with engineering, design, and leadership.
