Own the Touchland Amazon channel, including P&L, sales growth, advertising strategy, content, promotions, catalog operations, inventory coordination, demand planning, and marketplace reporting. Lead agency and broker partners, develop launch and assortment strategies, optimize advertising performance, manage Amazon Seller Central activities, and report channel results to leadership. The hybrid role requires collaboration across brand marketing, ecommerce, logistics, demand planning, international, and direct-to-consumer teams.

Own and scale Touchland’s direct-to-consumer and TikTok Shop businesses, including P&L, revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, creator and affiliate ecosystems, merchandising, digital experience, and performance analytics. Develop DTC strategy, optimize conversion and retention, manage marketplace operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build executive reporting. The role is hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, or New York City.

Manage and enhance Workday North America Payroll, Absence Management, and payroll integrations. Maintain payroll configurations, tax settings, earnings, deductions, business processes, reports, and EIBs. Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams on regulatory updates, process improvements, testing, data integrity, and semiannual Workday releases.
