Provide L2 production support for equities e-trading applications on the trading floor: monitor systems, investigate and resolve incidents, liaise with development/QA/business teams, ensure SLA adherence, recommend technical actions, and communicate status to global stakeholders.

Build and enhance Citi's Integrated Digital Assets Platform backend. Collaborate on blockchain-based web applications, deliver functional scope, apply enterprise and web3 design patterns, maintain documentation, support solution engineering, and follow best practices for reliability, scalability, and performance in a distributed Agile team.

Lead advanced marketing analytics and measurement: design and deploy statistical and ML models for attribution, audience and journey analytics, forecasting, and budget optimization. Manage end-to-end model lifecycle, mentor teams, liaise with stakeholders and legal/compliance, and translate complex analytics into business recommendations to improve marketing ROI.
