Leads tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, applying U.S. federal tax law, conducting due diligence and research, preparing technical memoranda, reviewing transaction tax models, advising on deal structuring, managing project budgets and billing, and developing tax professionals.

Supervise BPO accounting engagements, review workpapers and financial statements, prepare account reconciliations, post cash transactions, conduct internal audits, resolve client issues, recommend process improvements, and develop and evaluate staff.

Conducts audit, review, and compilation procedures, including control testing, substantive testing, and analytical procedures. Leads engagements from planning through completion while managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinates fieldwork, communicates with clients, and mentors staff. Requires strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS, attention to detail, leadership, organization, and project management skills.
