Resolves platform, account, onboarding, billing, PDT, and client service issues; escalates trade execution concerns to specialists. Requires brokerage or fintech support experience, strong communication, composure under pressure, and active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Series 3 is preferred or must be obtained within three months.

Requires strong communication, composure under pressure, financial operations knowledge, and active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. Series 3 licensing is preferred or must be obtained within three months.

Lead and manage a corporate actions and asset servicing team handling domestic and international event processing, dividends, fixed income and repo activity, reconciliations, break resolution, and client escalations. Drive process modernization with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and ensure alignment across sub-ledgers, depositories, and trading desks.
