Lead the vision and roadmap for Clio Accounting, covering trust accounting, reconciliation, expense tracking, reporting, and compliance workflows. Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, Billing, Payments, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver accurate, intuitive accounting products. Build relationships with legal professionals and accounting practitioners, identify responsible AI opportunities, translate complex requirements into product decisions, and drive adoption, customer value, and measurable business outcomes.

The Account Executive will sell Clio’s legal technology platform to mid-market law firms. Responsibilities include prospecting with a BDR, managing qualified opportunities through lengthy sales cycles, maintaining Salesforce pipeline forecasts, conducting discovery and value-based demonstrations, evaluating product fit, developing business cases, negotiating complex deals, and engaging multiple stakeholders and executives to close opportunities and exceed quota.

Design AI-driven workflows and enterprise product experiences for legal professionals across specialized domains. Conduct user research, usability testing, prototyping, and metric-driven evaluation while partnering with legal experts, product managers, and engineers. Adapt design systems for complex information architectures, structured content, large datasets, and AI-generated outputs. Shape product direction, contribute to design critiques, and improve workflows for law firms and corporate legal teams.
