Lead and build a secure, highly available internal platform by writing code and IaC, closing infrastructure gaps, defining LLM strategy and guardrails, mentoring engineering managers and ICs, partnering with leadership and recruiting to scale internal tooling, and ensuring security, performance, and reliability across internal workflows.

Lead product strategy and execution for Clio Operate and related enterprise products. Define vision, prioritize roadmaps, oversee full product lifecycle, use customer insights and data to drive improvements, build developer and end-user materials, evangelize to customers and prospects, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale the platform into North America.

Own and evolve Clio’s Centralized Billing System (CBS): define roadmap, prioritize competing stakeholder requests, partner with GTM/Finance/Sales, ensure telemetry and metrics, and make high-impact product decisions for pricing, quoting, packaging, and charging customers.
