Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for high-priority Coursera platform areas (e.g., mobile, AI assessment, enterprise integration). Translate customer insights into scalable solutions, lead execution from ideation through launch, partner with Engineering/Design/Data to deliver AI-powered features, use data to iterate, and mentor peers to build a high-performing product organization.

The Chief of Staff will support the CTO by translating company strategy into operational systems, managing projects, driving alignment, and enhancing leadership within the Tech organization, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives.
