Coordinates visual merchandising operations across retail, wholesale, and corporate initiatives. Manages fixture, graphic, and VM material orders; vendor, retail, and wholesale communications; wholesale image rollouts; inventory; purchase orders; invoices; and materials libraries. Supports store openings, seasonal window installations, events, and visual merchandising projects while maintaining accurate specifications, budgets, and inventory records.

Leads the Client Engagement function during maternity leave coverage, managing the team, clienteling strategy, CRM and loyalty initiatives, retail enablement, technology enhancements, reporting, and activation planning. Partners cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, Events, and Client Experience teams to improve client relationships, repeat business, tool adoption, and commercial outcomes. Oversees requirements, campaigns, KPIs, budgets, training, stakeholder alignment, and transition documentation.

The Senior Accountant manages general ledger activities, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, cash accounts, lease accounting under ASC 842, debt accounting, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvements. The role collaborates with FP&A, Treasury, AP/AR, Sales Audit, and business teams to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting and strong accounting controls.
