Requires a J.D., 3–5 years of substantive transactional law-firm experience, and practical experience with legal AI tools and AI/ML concepts.

The Innovation Attorney, Litigation will help integrate generative AI and legal technology into litigation workflows. Responsibilities include configuring and testing AI tools, developing prompts, training attorneys and staff, creating playbooks and knowledge resources, supporting responsible AI governance, gathering user feedback, evaluating vendors, and advancing firm-wide innovation initiatives. The role requires substantive litigation experience, legal technology proficiency, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to build credibility with senior litigators.

Administer health and welfare benefits, including open enrollment, ACA compliance, Form 5500 reporting, life insurance trust processes, reconciliations, vendor coordination, and employee support. Partner with HRIS on Workday configuration and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, carriers, brokers, and auditors. Maintain accurate benefits data, documentation, controls, and compliance processes while identifying workflow improvements and supporting benefits projects.
