Own the full sales cycle for new clients, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and closing. Build sales plans, achieve quotas, maintain CRM pipeline data, and develop lasting client relationships. Provide responsive post-sale support and resolve client concerns. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, organization, independent work, and approximately 50% travel.

Manage health and performance of product databases: schema design, permissions, backups/recovery, failover clustering, performance tuning, monitoring, incident response, and cross-team support for releases and customer issues. Participate in on-call rotation.
