The VP, Client Operations leads client relationship management, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives across multiple dentsu agencies, ensuring best practices and global compliance while managing a diverse team.

The Manager will lead initiatives to train and enable Paid Search teams, create documentation, and translate business needs into technical solutions, driving efficiency and impact in campaign execution.

Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, product leadership, and delivery teams to elicit, document, and maintain functional and non-functional requirements. Produce user stories, BRDs/FRDs, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria; support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, fit-gap analysis, platform configuration, training, and post-release validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
